Work-queue controls — four variants

Interactive mockups for making Active / Available / Unconfirmed / In Progress friendlier. Same sample queue in every variant (14 parking orders, mixed urgency). Everything is clickable: chips filter, search narrows, sorts reorder, section headers collapse, countdowns tick live. The visual language mirrors the production app (same tokens, tabs, badges, table).

How to choose: reply with a variant (“ship B”) or a mix (“B’s grouping with A’s chips, skip the sort select”). Everything shown is client-side over data the app already loads, so any combination is buildable as proposed.

A — Command Bar: most capable, one extra row of chrome, identical to the Delivery bar you already use. · B — Grouped Queue: zero learning curve, the queue explains itself, fewest controls. · C — Inline & Column-first: zero added rows, controls live in the chrome you already have. · D — Full Composition: A + B together; the “everything” version.
